Range Rover has officially launched the new Velar Autobiography in India, aiming to redefine luxury in the premium SUV segment with upgraded design elements, cutting-edge technology, and refined performance. Priced at Rs 89.90 lakh (ex-showroom), the Velar Autobiography stands as a more upscale offering in the Velar lineup.

Under the hood, customers can choose between two powertrains: a P250 petrol engine delivering 246.6 bhp (183.9 kW) and 365 Nm of torque, and a D200 mild-hybrid diesel engine that produces 201 bhp (150 kW) and 430 Nm of torque.

Visually, the SUV carries the unmistakable Velar design language with signature styling cues such as a floating roof, flush-deployable door handles, and Pixel LED headlights paired with signature daytime running lights. Adding to its visual appeal are the 20-inch Satin Dark Grey alloy wheels, Burnished Copper highlights, and a Black Contrast Roof.

Inside the Velar Autobiography, the cabin exudes contemporary British elegance. It features a sliding panoramic roof, 20-way massage front seats upholstered in Full Extended Windsor Leather, suedecloth headlining, Shadow Grey Ash veneer, and four-zone climate control. Additional highlights include Cabin Air Purification Plus, configurable ambient lighting, and power-recline rear seats. For audio enthusiasts, the Meridian 3D Surround Sound System delivers an immersive listening experience.

From a technological standpoint, the SUV offers a suite of driver-assistance and off-road capabilities such as Terrain Response 2, Electronic Air Suspension, Wade Sensing, a 3D Surround Camera, and Adaptive Dynamics.
