At its Awe Dropping event, Apple rolled out a refreshed smartwatch lineup, showing off the Apple Watch Series 11, the budget-friendly Watch SE 3, and the rugged, top-tier Watch Ultra 3—right alongside shiny new iPhones and the latest AirPods Pro 3. The new models boost health tracking, speed, connectivity, and ruggedness, aiming to suit everyone from casual walkers to marathon runners.
Apple Watch Series 11: Features & India prices
Apple’s Series 11 Watch is the first to offer 5G, so you can stream music or load maps in seconds without relying so much on your iPhone. It adds hypertension tracking with a 30-day trend you can scroll through, a Sleep Score that sheds light on how well you’re actually resting, and live translation—much like the kind Apple showed off for the AirPods Pro 3. With watchOS 26, it brings new gesture-based controls, a handy Smart Stack, Workout Buddy driven by Apple Intelligence, and a refreshed Liquid Glass interface that gleams like sunlight on water.
The watch uses tougher IonX glass, said to resist scratches twice as well—you could brush it against a brick wall without a mark—and comes in sleek aluminium or brushed titanium finishes. Apple has priced the 42mm GPS aluminium version at Rs 46,900 in India, with the titanium GPS + Cellular model reaching Rs 79,900.
Apple Watch SE 3: Features & India prices
Apple has given its entry-level lineup a lift with the new Watch SE 3, a lighter, faster take on the everyday smartwatch. With the S10 processor under the hood, the SE 3 runs faster, keeps its display glowing even when idle, and responds to quick gestures like a sharp wrist flick or a light double tap. It can now detect sleep apnea, track your Sleep Score, and play music or podcasts straight from its built-in speaker—no headphones needed. It charges in half the time, giving you as much as 18 hours of use—enough to stream music from morning coffee to late at night.
In India, the SE 3 starts at Rs 25,900 for the 40mm GPS model, goes up to Rs 28,900 for the 44mm GPS, and begins at Rs 30,900 if you want GPS + Cellular—enough to buy a month’s worth of strong chai from the corner stall.
Apple Watch Ultra 3: Features & India prices
At the top of the lineup, Apple unveiled the Watch Ultra 3, crafted for outdoor enthusiasts who take on rugged adventures such as misty mountain hikes. Housed in a 49mm titanium case, it boasts Apple’s largest, brightest display yet—a new LTPO3 OLED Retina panel that blazes at 3,000 nits, bright enough to catch your eye in full midday sun. The Ultra 3 brings 5G, complimentary three-year satellite Emergency SOS, upgraded dive and expedition tracking, and an always-on display with ticking seconds. Another standout is the battery, lasting up to 42 hours with everyday use—or an impressive 72 hours if you switch to Low Power Mode, enough to last through a long weekend without a charge.
The Watch Ultra 3 comes in sleek natural or deep black titanium, priced at Rs 89,900 in India and $799 worldwide, and hits stores on September 19.
The Series 11, SE 3, and Ultra 3 together make it clear that Apple is aiming to blend affordability, solid everyday upgrades, and tough, high-end features—while boosting health tracking, durability, and connectivity, from a casual jog to a hike in the rain.
