Sood joins Kia from Toyota Mobility Solutions and Services India, where he notably served as President and Director, bringing nearly three decades of experience. He has a proven track record of driving business expansion and strengthening dealer networks while championing customer-centric innovation significantly.

Sood held senior leadership positions at Toyota Kirloskar Motor and Toyota Motor Asia Pacific before joining TMSS, where he played a key role in greatly enhancing the company’s regional footprint and boosting customer engagement. He earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Symbiosis Centre for Management and HRD, Pune, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Kia India MD and CEO Gwanggu Lee expressed delight, saying Atul Sood has joined the Kia India team enthusiastically. His strategic leadership and vast experience will prove pivotal in rapidly growing our footprint and significantly elevating customer experience under his guidance.
