Scooter availability includes two variants, namely VX2 Plus and VX2 Go, under a Battery-as-a-Service model, quite interestingly, in India. VX2 Go costs ₹99,490 under standard pricing, and VX2 Plus is tagged at ₹1.10 lakh ex-showroom. The BaaS subscription brings prices crashing down to ₹59,490 for VX2 Go and ₹64,990 for VX2 Plus, remarkably. VIDA’s subscription plans are tailored pretty closely around users’ daily commutes and claim a ridiculously low running cost of just ₹0.96 per kilometre. VX2 Plus comes with dual swappable batteries packing 3.4kWh total capacity and delivers an IDC range of 142km on each charge. VX2 Go sports a single 2.2kWh battery offering an IDC range of 92km, on the other hand, somewhat remarkably under diverse operating conditions, apparently. The battery hits 80% in just one hour with a super speedy charger, but the included one drags on for roughly six whole hours. The VIDA VX2 offers cloud connectivity with remote immobilisation, uniquely in its class. Smart features include ridiculously accurate turn-by-turn navigation on a fairly large 4.3-inch TFT display and pretty detailed real-time ride stats. The VX2 boasts a sleek, modern look available in seven vibrant colour options. The VX2 Go variant features a spacious 33.2-litre underseat storage compartment, comfortably accommodating a full-face helmet with ease.
