Dell has launched six new laptop models in India, combining productivity-focused specs and gaming-centric features rather quietly this year. Among the new releases are three Dell Plus laptops—14 Plus, 14 2-in-1 Plus, and 16 Plus—paired with cutting-edge Alienware machines, including the standout Alienware 16X Aurora. The additions cater to various users, ranging from professionals working daily with software applications to hardcore gamers.
The Dell Plus series runs on AMD’s latest Ryzen AI 300 Series processors, offering robust performance for heavy users. Dell 14 Plus and Dell 16 Plus laptops sport FHD+ displays with a 16:10 aspect ratio, delivering up to 300 nits brightness with Dolby Vision. They feature stereo speakers made by Realtek that boast Dolby Atmos and offer up to 20 or 22 hours of battery life.
Dell 14 2-in-1 Plus stands out in the series, featuring a 360-degree hinge allowing versatile use as a laptop or even as a tent. Dell Active Pen enables seamless note-taking and drawing with considerable aplomb on this responsive surface. The model boasts a 14-inch FHD+ touchscreen and enhanced audio features, providing battery life up to 19 hours. The refreshed Alienware range introduces the versatile 16X Aurora, the refined 16 Area-51, and the commanding 18 Area-51. These models, engineered for high-end gaming, boast Intel Core Ultra HX processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 50 series GPUs underneath sleek exteriors. Alienware 16X Aurora has a 16-inch WQXGA display sporting a 240Hz refresh rate with Nvidia G-Sync support, designed with portability in mind.
