Google rolled out its new smartwatch and, alongside it, the Pixel Buds 2a in India—its cheapest wireless earbuds yet, small enough to disappear into your pocket.
Borrowing their sleek design from the Pixel Buds Pro 2, the Buds 2a aim to offer premium sound quality at a more affordable price. They may cost less, but the earbuds still deliver, from crisp highs to a warm, steady bass.
Inside each bud, you’ll find an 11mm driver, a Tensor 1 chip, and three tiny microphones working together to block out background chatter.
They’re rated IP54, so they can handle sweat and the occasional splash — perfect when you’re running and the rain starts to fall.
These connect over Bluetooth 5.4 with ultra-wideband support for a rock-steady signal, and each earpiece has touch controls that let you, for example, skip a song with a quick tap.
Priced at ₹12,999 in India, the Pixel Buds 2a stand as the most affordable Pixel Buds yet.
