TVS Motor Company has launched the new TVS XL100 HD Alloy in India for ₹65,047, packing in fresh features for the nation’s most trusted moped, from sturdy alloy wheels to a sleek updated finish. The updated model combines a tough, long-lasting build with sleek lines and smart tech, so it’s as ready for a muddy trail as it is for the morning commute.

Now it sports 16-inch alloy wheels with tubeless tyres for safer, longer rides, plus an LED headlamp that cuts through the dark, fresh graphics, sleeker taillights, and a blacked-out muffler that sharpens its modern look. You get practical upgrades like a detachable seat to carry extra bags, a larger floorboard for stretching your legs, a mobile charging port, and a hi-grip seat with textured fabric that keeps you steady and comfortable.

Telescopic forks with front-end damping soak up bumps, while a swing-arm in the back uses variable-rate springs to keep the ride smooth. The moped comes with ETFi—Eco Thrust Fuel Injection—giving you 15% better mileage, and a tilt sensor that shuts off the engine in just three seconds if it tips over.

A 99.7cc single-cylinder engine—air-cooled, fuel-injected, and humming steadily—delivers 4.3 bhp at 6,000 rpm and 6.5 Nm of torque at 3,500 rpm. It works with a centrifugal wet clutch and chain drive to push the bike to a top speed of 58 km/h.

The TVS XL100 HD Alloy tips the scales at only 89 kg, yet it can carry up to 150 kg and handle a total loaded weight of 239 kg, so it’s ready for everything from hauling tools to weekend errands. It’s got a 4-litre fuel tank with a reserve, and you can pick it up in Red, Blue, or Grey—the Red catches the light like fresh paint.

The XL100 range rolls on with several variants starting at ₹47,754, from the sturdy Heavy Duty to the i-Touchstart Comfort, plus the HeavyDuty i-Touchstart and its Win Edition.

The XL100 HD Alloy takes the trusted legacy of India’s most popular moped and pushes it further, with better mileage, tougher build, and modern touches like a bright, clear headlamp to suit today’s riders.
